Ingredients for hara bhara kabab
- Broccoli — 100 gms
- 1/2 Onion
- Mushroom — 2 pieces
- Tofu- 50 gms
- Besan– 2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Garlic — 2 cloves
- 2 Green chillies
- Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon
Instructions for making hara bhara kabab
- Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until a crumbly dough mixture.
- Transfer to a bowl and mould the dough into equal sized cutlets.
- In non-sticky pan, shallow fry cutlets on medium heat, flip it over to cook them well.
- Serve it hot with salad & non made tomato sauce.
