Having faced the effects of obesity in my own life, I could have chosen an other profession but decided to help others overcome the challenges I faced in my own life.

We divide our program into 4 different stages, each stage have a a lot to their own importance and our consultants have different duties.

In this stage we consult with customer and try to provide them knowledge about why we need to focus on fat loss rather then weight loss and also discuss about their own body fat , muscle mass and water ratio etc .

Understanding

In second stage we work with individual customers so they to understand the facts about food and listen and understand the requirement of the stomach.

Organizing

In third stage we focus on time management, planning about food according to thier busy schedule.

Implementing

Fourth stage is about applying all the knowledge into real life situation like how to eat sensibly & healthy inside/outside.
